Vision Statement

The gospel should drive our decisions and mold our culture. The church should be the epicenter of a health-conscious movement, where members of a congregation are united in the body of Christ through communion. Communion is meant to be shared with all believers to join in fellowship with Jesus, regardless of health ailments, and has the capability for a congregation to resonate with one another spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

Goal Setting

Dream of a goal that requires you to be in your best health to achieve. Begin by visualizing yourself already there, seeing your environment, and experiencing the moment. Great health is achievable when you stick to realistic daily goals that lead to weekly goals. Your life is a marathon, treat it as such. Understand the brevity of your long term goal, and begin to celebrate the short term victories day after day, they add up where you’ll begin seeing the improvement to your overall quality of life. The start to your new life begins as soon as you have faith and set your mind on doing so.

We Are No Longer the Exception

We are done making excuses for ourselves. Every bite we make is a conscious bite. We are either choosing to ingest food that will positively impact our life, or foods that will inevitably cause chronic inflammation. We do not live to eat, but rather eat to live, and enjoy every bite knowing that we are consciously making the best decision for our body and soul.

Mind Over Body

Recognize that your mind is in complete control over every food and drug that enters your body. Allow your body to do the work for you by providing sufficient nutrients in order to change your body's metabolism. The Four Pillars of Health

The spirit, mind, emotional, and physical body encompass the four pillars of health. Unifying and balancing these four pillars is essential for living a healthy lifestyle. Genesis 2:7 - "Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." The spirit and body were made from God for the purpose of glorifying Him.


Mental wellness can be best described as having awareness, connection, insight, and purpose. Emotional wellness encompasses the ability to navigate your feelings by identifying, assessing, and effectively sharing those feelings with others. If we do not accept Christ as Lord and Savior, or implement preventative care nutrition, sleep, exercise, coping mechanisms, and fellowship, we should not consider ourselves healthy. The interconnection and responsiveness of how the four pillars interact with one another is what makes health multidimensional.

You are Your Own First Practitioner

Love yourself wholeheartedly and take care of your body and mind. In order to properly give yourself to someone else, you need to take care of your health first. Who better to take care of you better than you? You know your body best. It is better to be proactive about your health rather than reactionary and dealing with the consequences of your choices.

Jesus came to heal us. Mark 2:17 when the Pharisees asked his disciples why Jesus eats with tax collectors and sinners, Jesus replied "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners."

Practice Preventative Medicine

Eat to prevent disease and inflammation, allowing yourself to live out God's purpose for your life without having chronic illness as an obstacle. We enjoy food more by having peace-of-mind with every bite. You are the product of every substance that you willingly ingest. Once you understand the science to healthy eating, it then becomes a matter of choice of what you want to do with your body. Preventative medicine is a lifestyle choice, not a diet.

Ankh: The Symbol of Life, it represents the Tree of Life, with its trunk and foliage. Early Christians adopted this symbol because of its resemblance to the cross. In particular, it was adopted by the Coptic Church of Egypt, and is an example of the veneration of the cross in pre-Christian times.


Have Faith in God that He has provided us with every resource we need to live the life we have always dreamed of. The key to prosperity is decided by what we put in our body, as our food is consistently repairing our body and providing us energy. Health is made up of a physical, emotional, and spiritual state of being, and they are all interacting with one another. Jesus died for us for the forgiveness of our sins so that we may live for Him. The best way to serve the Lord and yourself is to be willing to serve others to the best of our ability. Start believing in yourself and have faith that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Ask not what you want from God, but ask God that whatever He wants for your life, that's what you want. Don't limit what Christ can do in your life.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20: Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
